Are you ready to power up your engineering career with one of Malaysia's leading media groups? Star Media Group is looking for a dynamic Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Production team at the Star Media Hub in Bukit Jelutong!

This role offers you the opportunity to lead our electrical maintenance team, take charge of advanced printing and automation systems, and keep our operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supervise technicians in executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for printing equipment, mailroom systems, and electrical infrastructure.
• Resolve complex electrical, control system, and automation issues to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability.
• Develop maintenance schedules, manage critical spare parts inventory, and execute electrical upgrade or installation projects within budget and timeline.
• Implement innovative solutions to boost operational efficiency and optimize performance across the plant.

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, automation, maintenance, or reliability engineering.
• Work experience in media, publishing, manufacturing, printing, packaging, paper, FMCG, or other industrial production environments.
• Strong knowledge in electrical, automation, and control systems, with proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
