Asst IT Manager/IT Manager

Core Responsibilities:

On-Site Technical Support (Singapore)

• Role: Must provide daily, hands-on support for Windows, Mac, and mobile devices. Note: This is an on-site role, even though regional external support exists.
• Microsoft 365: Expert-level administration (full tenant setup, user management, SharePoint administration, and folder security).
• Azure: Proficient in managing VMs, networking, Conditional Access policies, and Entra ID.
• Network & Security: Competent in basic network hardware (e.g., Fortigate routers/switches) and endpoint security (e.g., Microsoft Defender).

Regional Coordination

• Collaboration: Must integrate with regional teams and external IT support providers (e.g., Sysamic).
• Meetings: Participate in local/regional IT management and security discussions with the UIB Group Director of Operations.

IT Governance & Policies

• Compliance: Must have experience drafting or managing IT policies (security, business continuity, and internal controls).
• Frameworks: If they haven't drafted policies from scratch, they must demonstrate experience working effectively within a structured IT governance framework.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 5–8 years in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure, with strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID/Azure AD).
• Education: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Skills: Strong hardware/network troubleshooting, experience with system monitoring/patching, and familiarity with cybersecurity tools (Microsoft Defender/Sentinel).
• Competencies: Ability to lead IT governance, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively with management.
