Internship as HR:

• Assist in the recruitment process (e.g., job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
• Support new employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR events.
• Help with preparing HR-related reports and documentation.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of HR files in both digital and physical formats.
• Support HR team in policy implementation and internal communications.
• Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
