Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures
• Welcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about the hotel, rooms, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints efficiently and professionally
• Answer phone calls and handle reservations or transfers
• Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness
• Support other front office functions such as concierge, bell desk, and lobby management
• Update guest information in the Property Management System (PMS)
• Assist with daily reports, administrative tasks, and shift handovers
• Comply with hotel policies, grooming standards, and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Customer service-oriented and eager to learn
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with hotel PMS is a plus
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
