Mandarin User Experience Executive (WFH)

Full-Time (Work From Home)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Mandarin via live chat, email, and online communication channels.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Assist users with account-related and platform service requests.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a positive user experience.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken, reading, and writing).
• Able to communicate in basic English.
• Experience in Customer Service, Live Chat Support, or a related role is preferred.
• Experience supporting online platforms, digital services, or interactive entertainment platforms is an advantage.
• Own a personal laptop/computer with a stable internet connection.
• Willing to work from home (WFH).
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
