Job Description:

• Follow-up L/C issuance

• Send voyage order

• Monitor cargo itinerary

• Manage trade documents and shipping documents

• Appoint cargo surveyor

• Handle cargo claims, demurrage calculations, and invoicing

• Update operations reports and filing

• Coordinate with the Finance department for payment and reconciliation

• Liais timely and effectively with suppliers, buyers, ship brokers, cargo surveyors, cargo agents, and insurance companies

• Maintain good relationships with counterparties

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Maritime, Shipping, International Trade, International Finance, Business or other related fields.

• Internship should contribute to school graduation requirements

• Have impeccable follow-through, and ‘Can Do’ attitude and mindset

• A team player

• Bilingual with basic knowledge in Mandarin is preferred to communicate with mandarin speaking colleagues
