Responsibilities

• Account Payables - payments and creditor ageing list, handle supplier enquiries
• Intercompany Transactions
• Reconciliation - cashbook, GL, bank statements
• Account Receivables - Issues tax invoices & receipts, call debtors, SOA
• Assist in financial reporting to liase with auditors
• Applications of Bank Facilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 1-3 years in accounting
• Strong understanding of General Ledger system and Accounts Payable processing
• Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills
• Detail oriented, excellent attitude to learning
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• English - Excellent (Mandarin advantageous)
