Employee Development Objective

This development roadmap has been designed to provide astructured pathway for progression from an entry-level operationaltransformation role into the position of Business Process Manager over athree-year period.

The purpose of this programme is to develop an employee who possesses both strong operational logistics knowledge and the ability to leaddigital transformation initiatives across freight forwarding, warehousing, andautonomous transport operations.
