Role Summary:

The Sales Engineer will drive business growth in the semiconductor and electronics industry. This role manages the full sales cycle — from inquiry, technical consultation, quotation, and negotiation to order closure and after‑sales support. The engineer will provide product presentations, coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, and maintain strong client relationships while achieving sales targets.

Travel Requirement: Northern & Southern regions (customer visits, business support)

Language: Mandarin preferred (for customer/supplier communication), open to all suitable candidates

Responsibilities

Sales Growth – Drive sales for PAM & PEQ product lines in semiconductor/electronics.

Customer Engagement – Manage full sales cycle including technical discussions, quotations, negotiations, and closure.

Technical Support – Provide product presentations, basic consultation, and application support.

Cross‑Functional Coordination – Work with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on pricing, delivery, samples, and project progress.

Business Development – Maintain customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and achieve assigned targets.

Reporting – Prepare quotations, sales reports, and forecasts.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales Engineering/Technical Sales (semiconductor/electronics preferred).

Knowledge of semiconductor test & assembly processes, materials, consumables, or equipment is an advantage.

Exposure to semiconductor tapes, chemicals, pick‑up tools, wafer handling is a plus.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self‑driven, customer‑oriented, able to work independently.

Willingness to travel for customer visits.
