Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, including verification of overtime, attendance allowances, and other payroll-related claims.
- Maintain and update employees' attendance, leave, and payroll records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Administer employee benefits and claims, including medical, dental, SOCSO, and other statutory or company-related claims.
- Prepare, distribute, and ensure the timely issuance of employee payslips.
- Respond promptly and professionally to employee enquiries regarding payroll, leave, benefits, and HR-related matters.
- Maintain and update employee personal records, tax information, statutory contributions, and other HR documentation.
- Ensure proper maintenance of personnel files and HR records with an organized filing system for efficient retrieval and audit purposes.
- Perform general office administration and provide day-to-day HR operational support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment legislation, and statutory requirements related to payroll and human resources.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, payroll summaries, and other management reports as required.
- Undertake any other ad hoc duties and projects assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Payroll and Human Resources.
- Knowledge of Malaysian payroll processes and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS/payroll systems is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Detail-oriented, organized, able to maintain confidentiality, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
