Jop Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store to ensure excellent customer service, efficient business performance, and achievement of sales targets. The role includes managing staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with company policies, and creating a positive shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Lead, train, supervise, and motivate store staff.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Prepare work schedules and manage employee attendance.
• Handle cash management, daily sales reports, and banking procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and security procedures.
• Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve business results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
