TRC Global Sdn Bhd are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive – Oilseeds, Edible Oils & Feed Ingredients to join our expanding team at TRC Global.

This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to be actively involved in the global trading of feed commodities, oilseeds, and edible oils, including products such as Soybean Meal, DDGS, Corn, Wheat, PKE, Sunflower Oil, and other oils & fats.

You will play a key role in driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence across local and regional territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the feed, oilseed, and edible oils markets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Monitor global market trends and coordinate with suppliers to meet customer requirements
• Negotiate and finalise agreements with international suppliers to secure competitive pricing
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, including pipeline and performance tracking
• Achieve assigned sales and trading targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Qualification
• (preferably in International Business, Marketing, or related fields)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, trading, or a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of logistics, freight, and international shipping is an advantage
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Willing to be based in Cyberjaya
• Possess own transport and willing to travel internationally
