AI Engineer

Location: Petaling jaya, Selangor - Onsite

Job Summary

We are seeking an independent and proactive AI Strategy & Governance Specialist to lead the development and execution of the organization’s AI strategy and roadmap. The role involves designing and managing enterprise AI agents, maintaining the company knowledge base, establishing AI governance standards, and driving AI adoption to deliver measurable business value.

Key Deliverables

• Develop and execute the organization’s AI strategy and roadmap.
• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise AI agents and automation workflows.
• Own and maintain the company AI knowledge base and repositories.
• Establish AI governance, standards, policies, and best practices.
• Ensure AI security, cybersecurity best practices, and data governance compliance.
• Continuously improve AI accuracy, adoption, performance, and business value.
• Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Automation Executive on integrations and workflow automation.

Principal Responsibilities

• Build and maintain enterprise AI architecture.
• Manage AI agents, prompts, and knowledge repositories.
• Evaluate and recommend new AI technologies and tools.
• Develop governance documentation and operational standards.
• Train and support users on AI tools and best practices.
• Monitor AI performance, adoption, ROI, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security and data governance policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI strategy, AI implementation, automation, or digital transformation.
• Experience designing and managing AI agents, prompts, and knowledge management systems.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, standards, and policy development.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data governance is sufficient.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI tools, workflow automation, APIs, and integrations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
