We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure the efficient handling of inventory, inbound and outbound activities, and warehouse personnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Plan and allocate manpower to meet daily operational requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation for inventory movements, deliveries, and warehouse transactions.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, operational issues, and customer complaints related to warehouse activities.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments, transport providers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Train, guide, and monitor warehouse staff to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience supervising warehouse staff is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, warehouse processes, and stock management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
