Account Assistant & Admin Executive

Location: NextMed Clinic, Setia Alam

At NextMed Clinic, we believe in Enhancing Confidence—not only for our patients but also for our team. We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Account Assistant & Admin Executive to support our finance and administrative operations.

What You'll Be Doing

Handle daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.

Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and filing of financial documents.

Process accounts payable and receivable.

Reconcile bank statements and petty cash.

Assist with monthly financial reports and account closing.

Prepare payment schedules and liaise with suppliers.

Maintain staff records, filing systems, and administrative documentation.

Assist with inventory records and stock documentation.

Coordinate office administrative tasks and support daily operations.

Assist management with ad hoc administrative and finance duties.

We're Looking For Someone Who

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).

Experience in accounting or administration is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.

Familiarity with accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, or similar) is a bonus.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Able to work independently while being a good team player.

Salary

RM1800 – RM4,000
(Based on experience and qualifications.)

Working Hours

Monday – Friday
Saturday (Half Day)
