Job Title: Resident Technical Officer (Civil) – Singapore

Location: Singapore

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise civil and structural works on-site.
• Ensure construction complies with approved drawings, specifications, and BCA requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor quality of workmanship.
• Maintain site records and prepare inspection reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and the Resident Engineer.
• Report defects, non-conformances, and site issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Valid Singapore Resident Technical Officer (RTO) Practising Certificate (JAC/IES-ACES) is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant site supervision experience in Singapore.
• Good knowledge of BCA regulations and construction standards.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Immediate or short notice candidates are preferred.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
