Job Title: Sales Manager – Construction Business Development

Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive business growth for a leading construction company in Singapore. The role focuses on securing new construction projects, developing client relationships, and expanding the company's project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business and secure construction projects.
• Build relationships with developers, main contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Source tender opportunities and prepare business proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.

Requirements:

• 3–8 years of sales/business development experience in Singapore's construction industry.
• Proven track record of winning construction projects.
• Strong network with developers, contractors, and consultants.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
