The Role

A strategic planning leadership position at the heart of a high-volume manufacturing operation:

• Develop and maintain rolling raw material requirement plans, converting sales forecasts into accurate ingredient and packaging material needs
• Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts, reduce over-ordering, and protect working capital
• Lead the monthly S&OP cycle and weekly demand/supply meetings, providing commercial capacity guidance
• Monitor global and local inventory pipelines, maintaining safety stock and buffer coverage targets
• Detect supply chain risks early and execute mitigation plans to protect production continuity
• Lead and develop a small team of planning professionals

What We're Looking For

An analytically sharp planning leader with a strong manufacturing background:

• Proven experience managing high-value sourcing and large-volume raw material frameworks, ideally within dairy or FMCG
• Advanced proficiency in SAP/MRP systems and digital supply chain tools
