Join Dutch Lady Milk Industries Berhad as a Communications Executive and help shape our corporate reputation through compelling storytelling, employee engagement, media relations and digital communications. Working across multiple functions, you'll bring our nutrition, sustainability and purpose initiatives to life while contributing to one of Malaysia's most trusted dairy brands.

As a Communications Executive, you will play a pivotal role in bringing Dutch Lady Milk Industries Berhad's corporate story to life for both internal and external audiences. Reporting to the Corporate Affairs Director, you will support the planning, development and execution of integrated communication strategies that strengthen the company's corporate reputation, nutrition leadership, sustainability commitments and employee engagement.

Working closely with cross-functional teams including Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Human Resources, Sales and Supply Chain, you will create compelling content, coordinate communication campaigns and ensure consistent messaging across multiple channels. You will also collaborate with regional FrieslandCampina communications teams, creative agencies, media partners and other external stakeholders to deliver impactful communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write and edit a wide range of communication materials, including articles, newsletters, speeches, presentations, executive communications, LinkedIn content, media statements and press releases.
• Support the planning and execution of internal and external communication campaigns aligned with business priorities and corporate objectives.
• Manage and coordinate internal communication calendars and employee engagement activities.
• Support media relations efforts, including media monitoring, media engagement coordination and reporting on media coverage.
• Assist in managing and growing the company's corporate LinkedIn presence through engaging and relevant content.
• Provide communications support for Dutch Lady's nutrition education programmes, sustainability initiatives, community partnerships and purpose-led campaigns.
• Ensure communication materials and messaging remain consistent with the company's brand, values and corporate narrative.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver communication projects on time and to a high standard.
