Location: Lifelong Learning Institute, 11 Eunos Road 8, Singapore 408601
Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am to 5.30pm (Friday)
Salary Range: $3,700 to $4,000 (Depending on experience)
The Workplace Transformation (WPT) team is dedicated to empowering organisations in their journey toward excellence in human capital practices. Through a suite of innovative products such as the Human Capital Diagnostics Tool (HCDT), Job Redesign Centre of Excellence (JRCoE), and Playbooks, the team drives transformative change at enterprise-level by equipping businesses with actionable insights and tailored strategies. With a focus on fostering agility, resilience, and competitiveness, Workplace Transformation serves as a strategic partner to help organisations align their workforce capabilities with evolving industry demands.
Key Responsibilities
He/she is expected to support the Workplace Transformation team to:
- Support operations for WPT products, including Job Redesign (JR) and the Human Capital Diagnostic Tool (HCDT), such as handling queries, tracking enterprise progress, and supporting data management.
- Assist with the implementation and rollout of JR and HCDT activities, including operational support (e.g. marketing coordination, payments) for workshops and clinics.
- Support reporting activities, including KPI tracking and basic data analysis.
- Provide secretariat support for key stakeholder meetings, including scheduling, note-taking, and preparation and circulation of presentation materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Marketing, Digital Transformation Office, and Finance to support programme delivery.
Others
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Head of Workplace Transformation as required.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in Human Resources, Business, Consulting, or related fields; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Some experience or interest in data analysis and reporting.
- Working proficiency in Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
- Exposure to data visualisation tools is an advantage.
