Job Summary

The role is responsible for supporting daily durian plantation operations by coordinating field activities, assisting in the arrangement of field workers, monitoring durian cultivation activities, and ensuring plantation work is carried out according to established procedures, quality standards, and operational schedules. The position also supports fruit-related activities such as fruit census, fruit tying, fruit tagging, harvesting operations, and field data reporting to ensure effective plantation management and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and arranging field workers for plantation activities, including fruit census, fruit tying, fruit tagging, harvesting operations, and other related field activities.
• Monitor daily plantation operations to ensure work is carried out in accordance with established process flows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and scheduled work plans.
• Assist in collecting, analysing, reconciling, and preparing field data and operational reports related to harvesting, fruiting activities, and plantation performance.
• Support the coordination of day-to-day plantation operations by maintaining effective communication and collaboration between field workers, supervisors, and management.
• Perform any other duties, responsibilities, or special projects related to plantation operations as assigned by the Superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, Plantation Management, or any related field.
• Basic knowledge of durian cultivation practices, including fruit census, fruit tying, fruit tagging, harvesting, and general orchard management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with field workers and Management.
• Possess a valid motorcycle license and own a motorcycle, with the ability to travel within plantation sites for daily operational activities.

Pay: RM1,199.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
