E-Commerce AssistantCompany Overview

Our company has established stable operations across China, Thailand, and Indonesia, supported by a mature product portfolio, efficient supply chain capabilities, and extensive e-commerce experience.

As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our presence in Malaysia and building a dedicated local team for long-term development.

Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to support our daily e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should be a fast learner, able to adapt quickly to new systems and workflows, and capable of managing order processing efficiently.

Priority will be given to candidates who can join immediately and have experience using the BigSeller system or any Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Working Schedule

• Working Days: 5.5 days per week
• Monday – Friday: Full day
• Saturday: Half day
• Rest Day: Sunday

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage daily customer orders using the BigSeller system.
• Generate and print airway bills (AWBs), packing lists, and shipping labels.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
• Update inventory and product information within the system.
• Assist in stock monitoring and inventory reconciliation.
• Handle basic e-commerce administrative tasks and maintain accurate operational records.
• Support daily operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Assist the Operations team with other assigned duties to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in e-commerce operations, order processing, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Experience using BigSeller or any Warehouse Management System (WMS) is highly preferred.
• Able to join immediately or within a short notice period.
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new systems and work processes.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
