Job Description

• Coordinate and support the implementation of the company's Safety & Health policies, procedures, instruction and rules and regulation.
• Monitor and ensure that all employees and team members follow established safety procedures and work practices.
• Train, monitor and closely supervise all the workers towards minimize safety and health risk during commencing activities at work site.
• Conduct training such as tool box briefing and safety awareness to all the workers.
• Report any accident, incident or any dangerous occurrence involving personnel or plant & equipment to his/ her immediate superior.
• Conduct regular safety inspection and identify unsafe act or unsafe condition that may lead to any dangerous occurrence and to ensure the safety system in compliance with the Safety & Health legal and project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant occupational safety laws and client-specific safety requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Prepare and manage safety-related reports and documentation.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma or Professional in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) or related.
• Possess Yellow Book and registered with the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH).
• Familiar with safety and admin practices in construction and environmental works.
• Supervisory and leadership skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
