Job description:

• Assist in planning and organizing events, meetings, exhibitions, or conferences.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and materials.
• Register and welcome guests or participants.
• Support event registration, ticketing, and attendee check-in.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and event partners.
• Help prepare event schedules, signage, and promotional materials.
• Monitor event activities and resolve operational issues during the event.
• Ensure event venues are clean, organized, and ready before, during, and after the event.
• Assist with setting up and dismantling event equipment and decorations.
• Manage event inventory, materials, and supplies.
• Provide customer service by answering attendee inquiries and offering assistance.
• Collect feedback from attendees and support post-event reporting.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing documentation.
• Follow company policies and health and safety procedures.
• Work closely with the event team to ensure successful event execution.

- Office hour ( 8AM - 6PM) (MON - FRI) ( SAT HALFDAY)
