Reporting and Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for delivering data analysis, reporting, and data quality activities that provide actionable insights, support business decision-making, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. The role works closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into meaningful reporting solutions, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and effective use of data.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business objectives and informed decision-making.
• Ad Hoc Reporting and Visualization: Produce ad hoc analyses, reports, dashboards and presentations that effectively communicate findings, recommendations and business performance to stakeholders.
• Scheduled Reporting: Produce, validate and distribute recurring reports in line with agreed schedules, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and automation.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into reporting solutions, and communicate insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Data Governance and Quality: Support data governance activities by conducting data quality audits, identifying anomalies, and recommending corrective actions to improve data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline reporting processes, reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and enhance reporting effectiveness through automation, standardisation and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Min. 2yrs experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Experience of working within a complex, global b2b organization, supporting stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment, collaborating effectively with managers, stakeholders and colleagues through email, messaging platforms and video conferencing.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, including Power BI and Tableau.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex dataset and translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Experience with SQL and data extraction tools is desirable.
