Job Summary:

The Subledger Accountant manages accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. The role requires proficiency in SAP, AP/AR management, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable (AP): Process and verify invoices, manage vendor payments, and reconcile statements.
• Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate invoices, maintain customer records, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Assist in month-end closing, accruals, and revaluation of foreign currency.
• Review travel claims and expenses.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to improve AP/AR processes and controls.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of AP/AR experience
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
