About this Job:

• An exciting career opportunity to work closely with colleagues from APAC region by providing HR support in the area of employee life cycle related matters.
• Ensure employee’s personal data and movement information are updated accurately in the SAP system.
• Prepare HR’s official letter/document and follow through in ensuring the documents being signed within stated timeline.
• Liaise and work closely with country HR and Section Admin on employment contract renewal and probation till completion.
• Provide HR monthly reports according to scheduled and ad-hoc report as and when required.

Job Requirements

• Candidates possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, psychology, professional certificate or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Enthusiastic, detailed oriented and good organization skills.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
