Responsible for client payroll process (e.g., salaries, leave, commission, and other compensation calculations) from multiple countries (Singapore & Hong Kong).
Review payroll computations, payroll reports, bank submission files, and annual returns prepared by payroll team members and ensure accuracy.
Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Utilize payroll software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Input data into Payroll system and maintenance of staff information.
Responsible for implementing a new payroll setup (database, payroll & leave administration).
Provide advice to clients on payroll issues & any other issues related to employment act.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve payroll processes and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data at all times.
To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:
At least Diploma qualification in any related field.
1-2 years of experience in payroll processing of multiple countries.
Strong knowledge of payroll principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
