Finance Analyst for a well established F&B company based in Selangor

Your new role

• Analysing sales, margins, profitability, pricing, and other key business drivers to identify opportunities and risks.
• Providing commercial insights and financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Reviewing and evaluating business cases for capital investments and significant operating expenditures.
• Developing meaningful reports, dashboards, and financial models to facilitate data-driven decisions.
• Supporting the Financial Controller in reporting, control activities, and overseeing the Group Reporting team.
• Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to improve business performance and operational effectiveness.

What you'll need to succeed

• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business performance analysis, or similar analytical functions.
• Strong experience in analysing sales performance, margins, profitability, pricing, and business performance metrics.
• Proven ability to provide actionable commercial recommendations through financial analysis.
• Strong financial modelling skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar analytical tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
• Experience within the retail and F&B industry will be highly advantageous.
