About the role

We are looking for an experienced Developer to join the Cluster Delivery Organization, working closely with capacity managers, analysts, engineers, developers, administrators and product owners in an agile environment.

You will develop and maintain capacity management reports and tools, ensure the functionality and quality of in‑house applications, and provide expert advice to internal customers on the use of these solutions. You will combine strong technical skills with a creative, agile and digital mindset and work autonomously in a self‑organized team setup.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop capacity management reports and tools based on BIRT (Business and Intelligence Reporting Tool)
• Ensure the functionality, stability and quality of in‑house‑developed capacity management applications and reports
• Advise and support internal customers in the use of self‑developed capacity management applications and reports
• Collaborate effectively with capacity managers, analysts, engineers, administrators and product owners
• Contribute to continuous improvement of products, processes and services through iterative development (“fail fast” mindset)
• Work autonomously and self‑organized, taking responsibility for the processes and systems related to capacity management tooling and reporting
• Share knowledge and information in a structured way with team members and stakeholders

What you bring

• Very good knowledge of developing and documenting tools and reports
• Very good knowledge in the development of BIRT reports
• Very good knowledge of Python & SQL
