WE ARE HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Location: Kulai, Johor
Salary: RM6,000 – RM11,000 (Based on experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities across the company's product and solution portfolio.
• Build strategic partnerships with consultants, OEM customers, technology partners, IoT providers, facility owners, EPC companies, main contractors, data centre operators, and government agencies.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering and product teams to deliver tailored Smart HVAC, Cleanroom Engineering, Mission Critical Facility, Data Centre, and Industrial solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tender submissions that meet customer requirements while ensuring competitive pricing.
• Monitor market trends, prepare sales forecasts, and provide regular performance reports to support business growth and strategic planning.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Industrial Engineering, Building Services, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.
• Technical or business graduates with relevant industry experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong commercial negotiation and technical presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with an independent business development mindset.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Candidates without extensive experience but with strong potential are welcome to apply. Comprehensive training and qualified sales leads will be provided.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
