Sales Assistant

Location: CeX Nu Sentral

About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Assistant who enjoys interacting with customers, learning about tech and games, and working in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll be the face of CeX, providing great customer service while handling sales and trade-ins.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with buying, selling, and trading in products
• Operate the till accurately and efficiently
• Provide clear and friendly product knowledge on games, gadgets, and electronics
• Handle basic testing, labelling, merchandising, and stock management
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
• Willingness to learn about tech, games, and store procedures
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Team player with good communication skills
• Prior retail experience is a plus, but not required
