Full Stack Developer

Department: Solution, Design & Innovation
Reporting to: Senior Platform Architect

Job Overview

The Full Stack Developer designs, develops, and maintains scalable web applications across both frontend and backend environments. This role ensures delivery of secure, high‑performance solutions that power the organization’s digital products and services.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Full‑Stack Development
• Build responsive web applications using React.js and scalable backend services/APIs with Node.js and/or Java.
• System Architecture & Database Management

Design application architecture and manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to ensure integrity, scalability, and performance.

• Security & Performance Optimization

Implement secure authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth2) and optimize performance across all layers.Partner with Product, QA, and Design teams; actively contribute in Agile ceremonies to deliver features on time.Write clean, maintainable code, conduct reviews, and enforce development standards.Support CI/CD pipelines, manage deployments, monitor performance, and troubleshoot production issues.Drive system enhancements, contribute to architecture discussions (e.g., microservices), and adopt emerging technologies.Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 5–7 years of full stack development experience
• Experience with Agile/Scrum preferred

Technical Skills

• Core: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand), Node.js and/or Java (Spring Boot), REST APIs (GraphQL a plus), MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB, Git, Linux/Unix
• Good to Have: AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Microservices, TypeScript, Monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic)

Soft Skills

Optional (AI/Chatbot Experience)

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
