Special Steel & Alliance Sdn Bhd has a great opportunity for the Operations Executive to join us to ensure the entire operations in production is running in smooth, productivity and safety, and ensure all the important messages were transfer to production floor.

You will play an important role in:

• Oversee daily operations including Planner, Production, Warehouse & Logistic to ensure all processes is running smooth, productivity and safely.
• Plan and assign daily job duties to supervisors and ensure all the supervisors meet their department KPI's.
• Recommend changes in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize production efficiency.
• Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.
• Prepare monthly report for operations department (output, capacity, efficiency etc.)
• To ensure all the customer order is in a proper arranged and no delay delivery.
• Manage and facilitate day-to-day cutting and milling operations as well as other production related activities in the factory.
• To ensure inventory stock accuracy is meet 95% and above.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of steel products to customers.
• Ensure proper preventive maintenance is conducted by the maintenance PIC.
• Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
• Oversee on opening and closing of the plant on a daily basis.

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Min 2 years of experience in Operations roles.
• Strong analytical skill, effective communication.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess own transport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
