Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media & Content Executive to strengthen our digital presence and support brand awareness initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging online content, managing social media platforms, and supporting marketing activities related to healthcare and physiotherapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and publish creative digital content including videos, images, and written posts for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Organize and manage weekly or monthly content schedules to ensure consistent online activity.
• Record and edit short-form videos for educational, promotional, and brand awareness purposes.
• Maintain and update social media accounts to improve audience engagement and online visibility.
• Work closely with internal teams to promote services, campaigns, and customer success stories.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s branding and communication standards.
• Track content performance and recommend improvements to increase reach and engagement.

Requirements:

• Experience in social media management or digital content creation is preferred.
• Knowledge of editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
• Creative mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Comfortable appearing in videos or on camera is an added advantage.
• Interest in healthcare or physiotherapy-related content is beneficial.
