Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to support our online business operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and our company website. The ideal candidate will assist in daily e-commerce operations, content management, marketing campaigns, and performance reporting to help drive sales, traffic, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and process Credit Notes (CN) accurately and timely
• Update and maintain product listings (descriptions, stock, images)
• Upload and manage website banners and promotional visuals
• Set up and manage promotions/campaigns across:
• Website
• Shopee
• Lazada
• TikTok Shop
• Generate and prepare monthly sales reports
• Assist in customer service support when required (replying to inquiries, order issues)
• Conduct competitor research and provide insights on pricing, promotions, and trends
• Handle and process returned parcels (checking, recording, coordination)
• Perform basic video editing (e.g., adding captions, highlights, simple cuts for marketing content)

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce or admin role (fresh grads with relevant skills are welcome)
• Familiar with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Shopify/WooCommerce
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (for reporting)
• Good communication skills in English & Mandarin
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
• Experience in using Canva / CapCut (e.g., adding captions, basic video edits) will be an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
