Requirements:

• Degree or above in Architecture or related discipline

• Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architect (HKIA) is an advantage

• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work under tight deadlines.

• Fresh graduates will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out A&A projects according to statutory and client’s requirement

• To assist in planning, preparation of feasibility studies, preparation of tender documents & specifications

• To attend design meetings, site meetings / inspections and all other meetings of relevant projects

• Liaise with Clients, Contractors and co-ordinate with other internal parties including structural engineers and E&M engineers
