Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the warehouse and logistics team by allocating tasks effectively based on individual strengths and capabilities to maximize productivity.
• Monitor daily warehouse operations, including goods receiving, distribution procedures, quality checking, capacity planning, and inventory control.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
• Perform and oversee accurate stock counts while maintaining precise inventory records.
• Manage pick, pack, and delivery operations for the e-Commerce business.
• Continuously review and improve operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Plan manpower requirements and provide training and development opportunities to support team growth.
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by Management and ensure effective resource allocation.
• Foster a supportive, growth-oriented team environment with clear communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain or Operation Management;
• At least 8 years of relevant experience of which 4 years at managerial level;
• Experience in e-Commerce logistics management is a must;
• Familiar with order fulfillment cycle and warehouse capacity planning in FMCG industry;
• Knowledge of warehouse management system and industry standards;
• Good in MS Office Applications;
• Strong in leadership;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proactive, result-oriented and multi-tasked;
