We're looking for a detail-oriented Associate Finance Analyst to support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis. In this role, you'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that help drive informed business decisions.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial and management reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Consolidate financial data from multiple business units and stakeholders.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and financial models to support business planning.
• Monitor revenue, costs, and operational performance, providing actionable insights.
• Maintain and improve financial reporting templates and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Reporting, or Corporate Finance.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly.
