• Provide first-level support for Workday-related queries and ServiceNow HR tickets.
• Resolve standard user requests and escalate complex issues when required.
• Perform Workday mass data uploads (EIBs) and validate data accuracy.
• Support job profile, position, and employee master data maintenance.
• Generate, maintain, and distribute standard Workday reports.
• Assist with HR business cycles, including performance reviews and compensation planning.
• Support data validation, issue tracking, and system stabilization activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base articles in ServiceNow.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or Shared Services.
• Basic knowledge of Workday HCM and HR processes.
• Experience with Workday EIB/Mass Data Uploads is an advantage.
• Experience maintaining HR master data (job profiles, positions, employee records).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow HRSD or other ticketing systems.
• Experience supporting HR processes such as Performance Management or Compensation.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication skills.
• Good command of English.
