Supply Chain Manager

We are partnering with a well-established Chemical global organisation to appoint an experienced Supply Chain Manager to support its Asia Pacific operations.

This is a regional role responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain activities across APAC (excluding China), including order fulfilment, sourcing, demand planning, inventory management, third-party logistics, toll manufacturing, and SAP master data management. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring supply continuity, optimising inventory, and driving operational excellence across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations across the region.
• Lead the regional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including demand forecasting and reporting.
• Oversee inventory planning and control to optimise stock levels while minimising excess and obsolete inventory.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, warehouses, toll manufacturers, suppliers, and freight partners.
• Maintain SAP master data to support effective planning and execution.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Regulatory, Customs, and other internal stakeholders to ensure efficient order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end supply chain management within a regional or multinational environment.
• Strong expertise in demand planning, inventory management, sourcing, logistics, and S&OP.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience within the chemical, manufacturing, industrial, or related sectors will be advantageous.
• Able to travel internationally
