Morgan Philips is exclusively partnered with a US-based consulting firm in hiring an L&D Head, based in their KL office. With aggressive plans to grow and double in size within SEA, the selected candidate would work hand in hand with the Chief People Officer and HRD to:

• Learning Journey Architecture: Designing structured developmental pathways that provide employees clear opportunities for career progression and professional advancement.
• Talent Needs Assessment: Identification of competency deficits, educational requirements, and training demands to ensure that learning and development initiatives strategically target the most critical organizational needs.
• Strategic Alignment: Ensure all learning and development activities are congruent with the overarching business strategy, organizational objectives, and corporate goals.
• L&D Solution Design: Curating company learning gap solutions (e.g., e-learning modules, seminars, mentorship programs) to accommodate varied learning preferences and individual requirements.
• L&D Delivery Management: The implementation and administration of learning programs, (e.g., in-person instruction, virtual platforms, blended approaches).
• L&D Impact Evaluation: Assessing efficacy of existing learning and development initiatives

What we are looking for:

• An L&D expert (>7-10 years) with tenures within established and respectable organizations
• Experience with end-to-end training cycle from program development to impact assessment
• Exposure working with international employees and stakeholders
• Ideally comes with the experience of curating new L&D programs from scratch
