Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily outbound operations, including order picking, packing, staging, and dispatching.
• Ensure all outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time according to delivery schedules.
• Monitor and manage workforce productivity, attendance, and performance.
• Coordinate with transporters, delivery partners, and internal teams to resolve delivery or shipment issues.
• Maintain compliance with warehouse safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
• Track and report outbound performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, accuracy rate).
• Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce errors.
• Conduct regular briefings and training sessions for outbound staff.
• Ensure all shipment documentation is completed accurately and filed properly.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
