Overview:
Student Management Executives drive the daily operations of student welfare, compliance, engagement, and hostel management. They act as the primary operational contact for students, sponsors, wardens, and internal teams.
Their work ensures high responsiveness, accurate reporting, and timely execution of all SM activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day welfare support and respond to student queries and issues.
- Track attendance, participation, disciplinary compliance, and TYMBASkills involvement for sponsored learners.
- Prepare and execute monthly campus events and engagement activities.
- Coordinate the full TYMBASkills programme, including trainer liaison, logistics, attendance, and reporting.
- Manage hostel operations — allocations, move-ins/outs, conditions, safety concerns, and warden coordination.
- Conduct regular hostel checks and coordinate repairs or safety enhancements with hostel providers.
- Update and maintain welfare dashboards, hostel logs, disciplinary records, and sponsor compliance reports.
- Coordinate transportation schedules and communicate changes promptly to students.
- Support crisis responses and escalate incidents to HSM and counsellor when required.
- Provide administrative support for partner-institution liaison tasks, such as registrations and compliance submissions.
- Communicate announcements, policy updates, and campus notices to students professionally and promptly.
- Support the delivery of student handbook briefings and orientation sessions.
