Job Description:
a) Assist with the scheduling, planning, forecasting, resourcing, materials and managing technical activities to ensure project accuracy and quality.

b) Supervise and monitor electrical work, including power distribution, lighting and installation of electrical equipment.

c) Prepare, review, and submit shop drawings / as-built drawings.

d) Develop and submit Method of Statements, catalogue and sample board for approval.

e) Prepare and submit Requests for Information (RFIs) as required.

f) Attend and actively participate in site meetings.

g) Monitor and manage inventory purchases and material ordering by issuing the Material Requisition Form (MRF).

h) Prepare and compile the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manual.

i) Resolve technical issues and offer solutions to prevent delays or safety concerns.

j) Manage site resources and equipment efficiently to avoid wastage and delays.

k) Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is carried out to the highest standards of quality.

l) Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.

m) Interact with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.

n) Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols during electrical installation and maintenance activities.

o) Identify potential hazards and risks on-site and take proactive measures to mitigate them.

p) Preparing quotations, invoices and manpower report for others project

q) Prepare regular progress reports for senior management on electrical work activities, timelines, and any issues encountered.

r) Maintain proper documentation of electrical systems, drawings, changes, and testing results.

s) Submit compliance reports and inspections to regulatory bodies as required.

t) Attending and liaison with Clerk of Work for inspection work

u) Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support to reduce downtime and improve quality.

v) Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
