Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quantity Surveyor (Interior Design) or in a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills when dealing with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Positive working attitude, self-motivated, and able to think critically.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

ResponsibilitiesCost Estimation & Tender Preparation

• Prepare cost estimations based on design layouts, 3D visuals, and tender requirements.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), material costing, labour costing, equipment costing, and other related tender documentation within project timelines.

Supplier & Subcontractor Coordination

• Coordinate site visits with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from third-party vendors.
• Ensure material lead times and deliveries align with project schedules.

Procurement & Project Support

• Handle purchasing activities for awarded projects.
• Coordinate delivery arrangements and monitor procurement progress.
• Support project execution by ensuring timely material availability.

General Responsibilities

• Assist with additional duties and projects assigned by Management.
• Maintain proper documentation and contribute to smooth project delivery.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
