JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordination and supervision of works and ensuring they are in accordance to requirements and Drawings;
• Arise technical issues from subcontractor to Project Manager
• Preparation and submission of daily site report to client representative
• Ensuring maximization of material usage;
• Ensuring all plants and machinery are maintained and used with care;
• Maintain hygiene & safety within the work site areas at all times;
• Prompt reporting of any deviation (nonconformance) from established procedures and safety regulations / practices;
• Ensuring corrective action taken on all non-conformances and records are raised and maintained.
• Carry out inspection with Clerk of Work.
• Make sure comply with all requirements and Drawings
• To supervise site operation and work progress.
• To check all work to be done according to specifications and drawings.
• To liaise with project team, contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers.
• To attend site meetings, project meeting, prepare work progress reports and highlight problems or defects in construction works.
• To initiate, plan, coordinate and supervise

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 year(s) of work experience in the related field.
• Preferably experienced Site Planning and Supervising specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural and Architectural

Monday-Saturday

8a.m. - 7 p.m.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
