Responsibilities :

• Take charge of all Learning Management and Resources Management processes.
• Manage and qualify content for Learning Management System (LMS) aligning with business goals of company.
• Involve in all other HR areas such as Hiring process, HR system administration which includes staff attendance, leave administration, overtime management and data updates for payroll processing, and On/Offboarding processes
• Actively involve in arranging employees' activities to cultivate strong Company Culture and Employee Engagement

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 1 years of HR working experience.
• Tech-savvy with a passion for leveraging digital systems and driving systematic, process-driven ways of working.
• Detailed oriented, organized, analytical, digital savvy
• Good interpersonal skill, team player and being people oriented are essential skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Proficiency in Multimedia skills will be an added advantage
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added skill
• Location : Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,200.00 per month
