Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our dynamic team. This role will support the Finance Manager in executing daily financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, possess strong analytical skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling full set of accounts including AP, AR, and GL functions.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and financial reports.
• Monitor and track project-related costing, claims, and invoicing.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the SQL Accounting System.
• Assist in monthly closing, audit schedules, and taxation matters.
• Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and clients on finance-related matters.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Support Finance Manager on any ad-hoc finance-related tasks and reporting.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply – training will be provided.
• Knowledge of SQL Accounting Software is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail, good with numbers, and analytical thinking.
• Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn.
