About The Program
The Validation Engineer Apprenticeship Program is designed for engineers who want to specialise in verifying the performance, reliability, and functionality of embedded products.
Before a product reaches the market, validation engineers ensure that hardware and embedded systems perform according to technical requirements.
This programme provides participants with exposure to testing methodologies, system evaluation, troubleshooting, and product improvement processes.
Program Structure
The programme consists of 1 month of intensive technical training followed by 3 months of On-the-Job Training (OJT) with a company.
During the training phase at ASEM, Cyberjaya, you will gain practical exposure to:

During the OJT phase, you will work alongside experienced engineers, applying your technical knowledge to real development projects while gaining valuable industry experience.
Responsibilities
As an Validation Engineer Apprentice, you will:
- Execute validation tests based on product requirements.
- Analyse test results and identify potential issues.
- Support hardware and embedded system verification.
- Assist in troubleshooting product failures.
- Prepare validation reports and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product performance.

- Have basic knowledge of C Programming and Linux fundamentals.
